Shipping and Delivery Policy
At DS Infra Developers, we specialize in the sale and development of real estate properties including plots, villas, farmhouses, row houses, and commercial spaces. As a real estate company, we do not offer shipping of physical goods. However, we ensure timely and secure delivery of important documents related to property bookings, agreements, receipts, and registrations.
Digital Document Delivery:
All essential documents such as booking receipts, payment acknowledgments, allotment letters, and agreements are shared via email or WhatsApp, based on the contact details provided by the customer. These are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation of payment or completion of the required formalities.
Physical Document Delivery:
In case of sale deeds, registration papers, and original legal documents, delivery is done in person at our office or at the registrar’s office during the registry process. Courier delivery may be arranged in exceptional cases upon request, subject to verification and management approval.
